The game literally kills you all the time because it's way too random.Īnd guess how you beat the game? By pure luck. And since everything in the game is random, you'll die again and again just because you'll find yourself surrounded very often with no ammo, or any chance to heal. And you have limited amount of ammo, so it's not like you can shoot all the time. When you enter the room, all monsters begin to run towards you. Which leads to quite unpleasant experience. The problem is – it's somewhat fast and unpolished at the same time. It's laughably easy when you learn about how things work here (that whole art of playing Unalive is to use its stupidity against it). You can beat the game in less than 10 minutes and there's literally no optional stuff. When you're talking about $1 game, it's hard to complain. In other words, I thought it'll be a pretty cool experience for $1. And, unlike most of the games in the genre, this one has guns and looks somewhat like Dungeon of the Endless on screenshots. It's something normally I would totally enjoy. Real-time rogue-like with randomly generated dungeons. Rather than building structures inside the game, you can bring three preset structures into battle with you.First of all, I love the genre. You can collect them automatically by stepping near it-although, there is a limit to what you can build. There is just once resource called Quantum Energy, which you can use to build anything. However, you won’t need to hit trees and rocks with a pickaxe for resources. Other than the number of supported numbers of players, the former also borrowed the latter’s building system. A mix of other BR gamesĬyber Hunter is very much similar to Fortnite. However, unlike other battle royales, this game offers new gameplay elements, such as tactical use of vertical climbing on almost any vertical surface. It also has a shrinking active zone that funnels players toward a final battle that will determine the ultimate winner. Like other games of the same genre, it uses early match deployments to any location on a large map. It pits 100 players against each other to see who will survive the battle arena. NetEase, the brains behind the popular Rules of Survival, has released a sci-fi battle royale game called Cyber Hunter that has fast-paced third-person action gameplay.
